NEFPA promotes the highest levels of professionalism through its monthly
meetings (formal and informal) at which speakers on topics of legal
interest are featured guests, through NEFPA officers speaking at area
legal institute classes, and through our promotion of the NALA certification
programs (CLA/CP) and Advanced Paralegal Certification (formerly CLA
Specialty). Our CLA Review Course is available to assist members and
nonmembers in the quest to become certified.
NEFPA offers its members - Active and Student members - substantial
assistance in reaching the highest level of professionalism through
our Professional Development Scholarship. Details about and the application
