Information for Current Members:
Approximately four to six weeks before expiration of the current fiscal term (September 30 each year), all current NEFPA members whose email contact information is up-to-date will receive via email a renewal notice and the "Membership Renewal and Information Update" form to submit between October 1 and October 31 with correct dues. Be sure to keep us updated with your email contact to enable us to provide the renewal notice and form. In any event, while we do attempt to supply individual notice, it is ultimately the responsibility of each current Member to submit the renewal form and dues in timely fashion -- that is, no later than October 31 to avoid late fees. Please remember that late fees do apply after October 31 and that fee ($15.00) must be included with any submission which will be received by us on November 1 or after.

Renewing NEFPA members (continuing from one fiscal term to the next) must use the NEFPA Membership Renewal.

Information for New Membership Applicants: NEFPA welcomes all qualified new members. Join us today and become part of a dynamic professional organization that plays a vital and active role in the legal community in Florida (and the nation through our affiliation with the National Association of Legal Assistants/Paralegals). Review below the various categories of membership, the annual dues and category descriptions to determine which category is applicable to you. Any questions about membership should be directed to our Second Vice President for Membership (see Board of Directors page or use the Contact page to send a message).

PRORATION OF DUES (for new membership applicants only): Effective at the mid-term (i.e., April 1) of each fiscal term, the dues shown below are prorated by one-half; however, the $10 initiation fee applies in full. For example, Active member dues as of April 1 through remainder of term: ½ of $60.00 dues ($30.00) plus $10.00 fee = $40.00 payment due with application.

Click here for the NEFPA Application for New Membership form. Complete the form, attach/enclose all required documentation, and mail to the Second Vice President for Membership as shown on the form, along with payment of your applicable dues and additional $10.00 initiation fee.
