CP Review Course Information

Check out the CP Program Candidate Handbook available from NALA. 

 NEFPA offers CP review courses to be held based on request and availability. As of 2018, NALA updated the format of the CP Exam. NEFPA is in the process of updating our review course based on these changes.  Please reach out to if you are interested in taking a review course!  

Requirements for Applicants

NOTE: The application form must be complete. All supporting documentation required to complete the Certified Paralegal examination application form may be e-mailed to  Documentation includes official school transcripts, attorney attestations, and payment. Incomplete applications are subject to rejection. The documentation required varies based on the category of qualifications, as outlined below.



What to Expect After Submission

    If you have submitted a completed application, fee, and the correct supporting documentation, you will receive an e-mailed response within 72 hours as follows: 
    1. An Application Approval Acknowledgment
    2. An Authorization to Test 
    3. A Scheduling Notification from PSI
    If you are missing any information from the application process, you will receive an e-mailed response within 72 hours requesting the additional information.  The deadline to submit any requested information is 60 days.  If the deadline is not met, the application will be denied.

2019 NALA Annual Conference and Expo

The Westin Kierland Resort & Spa

Room Rate: $129 per night not inclusive of tax with an optional **$29/night Resort Services Charge until room block is filled or June 18, 2019.
All reservations will include Wi-Fi access in the guest rooms. There is a 14-day cancellation period for each reservation. If you were to cancel within 14-days of arrival, there will be a one night room with tax charge to the credit card used to hold the reservation.

Resort Services Charge (Optional): **Daily Resort Services Charge of $29.00, plus 12.57% tax per room, per day. Individuals have the choice at check in to "opt in" to the daily fee, or they will be required to pay for the services that are included in the resort fee on an a-la-carte basis. These charges can be billed to the guest's incidental account at their discretion.

  • unlimited internet access in guest rooms and public areas - $12.95 value (Complimentary to all NALA attendees regardless of opt-in selection)
  • any local, long distance (domestic) and 1-800 guess room calls - minimum $1.50 value

  • expanded shuttle service to Kierland Commons and Scottsdale Quarter shopping and dining districts - $5.00 value (Complimentary to NALA attendees regardless of opt-in selection)
  • tennis court and full tennis equipment rental - $25.00 value

Any guest that chooses to opt-out of these services will not receive the above items complimentarily.

Most sessions of the 2019 Conference & Expo will be recorded. These session presentations include the presenters audio and presentation material for a visual re-creation of each presentation.  CLE is available for each session attended during conference OR taken online. If you attend the live version, you are not eligible to obtain CLE for the recorded version. On-demand access to the recordings are available for 1-year.
